- Fuel to be checked before taking the Vehicle.
- Videography of Vehicle(Inside & Outside)to be taken
- Complete Address of the Place proposed to be visited, date a taken over of vehicle is to be completely mentioned.
- Vehicle rent as decided is to be paid in advance.
- Place where Vehicle is proposed to be taken, shoud be taken to the proposed location only.
- Aaadhar Card ,Light Bill, Passport, Driving Licence and Mobile Number of the person taking over the vehicle is to be compulsory mentioned.
- No illegal activity like loot, transport of infoxicants, liquicker ,its consumption & sale is strickly banned through/in vehicle owner in. No way responsible for such illegal activity and on us for such action risk with the person taking over the vehicle on rent.
- The Vehicle is to be returned on the date as decided earlier.
- The Vehicle is to be drive only be the authorized person,whose licence is deposited in the company.
- Owner is only empowered to mortgage and sale the vehicle being taken on rent.
- The vehicle is to be return in the same condition as held during the videography and damages if any is to be borne by the person taking over the vehicle on rent.
- Payment is to be done as per the kms. decided earlier, any extra kms. Runs, if any would additional charged.
- Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. A fine of ₹1000 will be charged for violations.
- Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle. A fine of ₹1000 plus ₹500 for cleaning will be charged for violations.
